Head of the lab Niels Bindslev have written a book entitled Drug-Acceptor Interactions. It is an extensive text on novel approaches to better understand experimental dose-response relations at equilibrium (synagics) in physical terms using cubic reaction schemes. The schemes are Hall’s (2000) allosteric two-state model (ATSM) and Bindslev’s (2004) homotropic two-state model (HOTSM).
A combined scheme of ATSM and HOTSM is the four-pane two-state model (FP-TSM). FP-TSM is the simplest model for interactions of an alloster, an orthoster and a receptor, involving 17 indenpendent parameters.
The Book is available in a printed version at Co-action publishing.
